Yes. The mobile app supports recurring bookings, hybrid meetings, external attendee invites, and syncs fully with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Room IDs.

Hosts can pre-register visitors and send QR codes for check-in. Walk-in visitors can register via the Visitor Tablet at reception. The system tracks arrivals, check-ins/outs, and notifies hosts automatically — including for unregistered guests.

Yes. Admins can configure rules for capacity compliance (auto-blocking overbooked rooms), role-based booking protection (e.g. executive reservations), and visitor workflows — all without engineering involvement.

Four touchpoints: the Web Admin Portal (master control center), the Mobile App (iOS and Android for employees), the Room Booking Panel (on-door device with LED status), and the Visitor Tablet (lobby check-in).
