How it started
AthenaSpace's journey
2019 — Athena Analytics is born
Post-COVID, the old real estate playbook was thrown out. Organisations needed to understand how their spaces were actually being used. Athena Analytics was built to answer that question with real sensor data, not booking estimates.
2023 — UDD Technologies is born
As clients asked for more, the platform grew. Asset management, space booking, and digital signage were added because customers drove the roadmap. UDD Technologies became the company behind the full Athena platform.
2026 — Space Management launches
The platform reaches its evolved form: signage, analytics, asset management, space booking, and workflow automation in one place. One platform for every kind of space, across every industry.

Tanish built AthenaSpace after walking through a well-regarded commercial building and encountering four visible failures in a single lobby: a screen showing yesterday's events, an outdated directory, a broken kiosk, and a meeting room panel showing available during an active meeting.
The building was not broken. The operating model behind it was. Each failure belonged to a different team, on a different system, with a different excuse. AthenaSpace exists to fix that. Not by replacing what organisations already have, but by connecting it, unifying it, and making the intelligence visible to the people who need it most.
